I am certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT) and Yoga Tune Up®/Roll Model® - Tune Up Fitness Worldwide. I have over 2000 hours of training through Yoga Works, Tune Up Fitness and The Breathing Project. With fifteen years of teaching experience, I personalize my connection with students in any setting. My personality style is warm and considerate while teaching specific posture mechanics, strength and mobility through yoga and techniques for eradicating pain. As a lifelong learner of movement, anatomy and biomechanics with a BS in psychology from the University of Illinois, I regularly update my training to refresh ancient yoga with modern movement science.

Among others, I have studied directly with expert yoga authors Jill Miller and Leslie Kaminoff. My classes are also influenced by Los Angeles based specialists in vinyasa, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation and play. I teach privately as a yoga therapist in Orange County and in corporate wellness programs. Join me internationally at all-inclusive vacation resorts.
