I educate and inspire through tune up based exercises, self care massage, breath work and meditation. Any content can be customized to the specific needs of your staff and performed in comfortable work clothes in spaces as limited as a hallway or as expansive as a corporate fitness facility.



Tech Neck Recovery: These on-the-go self-care strategies are designed for anyone hunching over a computer or staring down at a smartphone. If you have a sore neck, shoulders, upper back and/or headaches from repeatedly craning your head down and forward, then help is on the way!

Posture Play: Standing and seated alignment affects breathing, energy, stamina and focus. Simple and effective stretching and on-the-go massage techniques offer instant release from asymmetry and poor postural habits. Improve your mood and confidence through posture play!  

Hips Hips Hooray: Sitting can wreck your lower back, hips, hamstrings and cause discomfort, pain and stiffness. Stretching and on-the-go massage techniques alleviate discomfort and vastly improve range of motion.

Happy Knees & Feet: A long day on your feet, sitting with crossed legs and shoes that bind all have an impact on posture and performance. Refresh from the knees down with techniques to get you back in action!

Yoga Refresh: Yoga poses to focus, inspire and rejuvenate. When you’re overwhelmed, stressed and tense, tuning down is needed. Using ancient practices in an updated and relevant way, this yoga series renews the body, mind and spirit.
