WHO?
Any level of practitioner will learn skills that are immediately useful. Teachers and Teacher Trainees will build personal practice skills and improve your relationship with students both private and those that attend group classes.

WHAT?
Build inner awareness to prevent injury, promote structural integrity, and power performance on and off the mat.

• Prepare the body for yoga/fitness/rest with therapy balls on key muscle groups like rotator cuff, upper back, and hips to recruit strength and flexibility.

• Experience tension tune down to improve sleep, reduce symptoms of physical and emotional stress and induce states of deep relaxation.

Class includes stretch and strength movement along with self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls. Techniques may eradicate pain, improve posture, and enhance performance for all activities.
