With fifteen years of teaching experience, Holli is a teacher at YogaWorks and Equinox and specializes in posture mechanics, strength and mobility training and techniques for eradicating pain. She is a lifelong learner of movement, anatomy and biomechanics with a BS in psychology from the University of Illinois.

Students seek Holli to recover from daily stressors, strengthen muscle tone, regain mobility, increase range of motion, address "body blind spots" and feel better in their body. Corporations, including Cedars Sinai and Bunim Murray, rely on Holli’s energetic and engaging teaching style for employee wellness training. With her dynamic and rejuvenating approach, Holli has the unique ability to create classes that appeal to students of all ages, fitness levels and lifestyles.

Among others, she has studied with Jill Miller, Leslie Kaminoff, Gil Hedley, Daniel Stewart, Claire Hartley, Sigrid Matthews, Trina Altman and Sarah Court. Her classes are influenced by daily life, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, dance, psychology, pranayama, meditation, therapeutic self-massage and television shows like I Love Lucy and The Jeffersons.  

Holli lives with her children and dog in the Los Angeles area. She has a passion for trail hiking in the Santa Monica mountains, minimalist footwear, live music and awesome playlists.
